About the Assistant Manager Role

Working closely with the Store Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store, supporting the management team in driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service and leading the team to achieve its targets.

Assistant Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager with the overall day-to-day running of the store.

• Drive sales, maximise profitability and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Lead, motivate and develop the retail team to deliver excellent results.

• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high customer standards.

• Monitor sales performance and support initiatives to maximise commercial results.

• Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, stock management and store presentation.

• Support recruitment, training, coaching and development of team members.

• Assist with staffing levels, rotas and payroll management.

• Ensure company procedures, policies and operational standards are followed.

• Step up and take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager''s absence.
