The FirmOur client is a top 5, global law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate and Finance Legal PA to support lawyers within a busy and fast-paced team in their City of London office.The OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Legal PA to join a highly regarded team and provide professional secretarial, organisational, and administrative support to Partners and laywers within their Corporate and Finance group. You will play a key role in ensuring fee earners are supported effectively while maintaining excellent service for clients. Key responsibilities include:Providing proactive support to allocated Partners and lawyersManaging busy diaries and coordinating meetings, conference calls, and appointmentsInbox and mailbox management, helping to prioritise and respond to communicationsOrganising travel arrangements including flights, accommodation, and detailed itineraries Supporting the billing process, including preparing and generating bills and maintaining records of expenses and disbursementsAssisting with client engagement letters and ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory proceduresSupporting business development activities including preparing pitches, updating CVs and credentialsProducing and amending documents, formatting and proofreading Maintaining accurate electronic filing systems and opening new client mattersThis Legal PA position is a full time, permanent role, working Monday - Friday 9.30am - 5.30pm.RequirementsAt least 4 years'' pr
