Credit Controller
Job Title: Credit ControllerLocation: East Grinstead (outskirts)Salary: 28,000 - 30,000 dependent on experienceHours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm Lloyd Recruitment Services are excited to be working with a renowned local client, who are seeking a Credit Controller to join their established team. This role will provide essential support to the Finance function, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent internal and external service delivery. The position is initially on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities of the Credit Controller: Providing day-to-day support to the Finance Manager, including handling emails and responding to client queriesChasing outstanding debtReconciling payments and maintaining accurate financial recordsCreating and sending payment linksProcessing and monitoring credit card paymentsPreparing, issuing, and following up on invoices and statementsAssisting with incoming finance enquiriesSupporting the wider finance function as required during busy periods Essential Requirements: Previous experience using accounting or CRM systems (experience with Xero is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided)Competent user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and WordExperience in accounts receivableHigh level of attention to detail with a positive, can-do attitudeStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyFlexible and will
