Travelers Europe is looking for a Credit Controller to join us in our Redhill office!We are looking for someone with Credit Control experience within the financial services industry or insurance industry is desirable. Working as part of a team, you will collect premium due from our brokers within their credit terms. You will deal with instalment application forms, resolve broker queries that at times might need you to connect with our Underwriters. You will also perform reconciliations.Travelers Europe currently offers flexibility to employees who wish to work on a hybrid basis in accordance with our Hybrid Work Arrangements Policy. This policy may be changed at the Company''s discretion.What will you do;Ensure cash is collected from the our brokers within credit terms.Prepare, submit and maintain bad debts sent to Debt Collectors. Attend court / bankruptcy hearings and present evidence as required.Provide support for colleagues on credit control related issues.Agree performance targets and work towards successful achievement.Develop and maintain effective relationships with external contacts and liaise with relevant parties internally on quality of service provided.Ensure that default procedures are adhered to.
