Key Responsibilities

Delivering accurate and timely financial reporting (internal, UK GAAP, and tax returns)

Co-ordinating external audits and regulatory reporting

Supporting Finance, Audit, Compliance, and Risk Committees

Implementing accounting standards and financial controls

Driving process improvements and automation

Team Management

Skills and Experience

Insurance sector background

Strong financial accounting and reporting knowledge (IFRS, US and UK GAAP)

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Hybrid working (2 days in Manchester)
