CRM Support andamp; Systems AnalystBracknell (Hybrid - 1 day per week in office)£38,000 per annumWe''re working with a UK-based not-for-profit organisation to recruit a CRM Support andamp; Systems Analyst to join their Digital, Data andamp; Technology team.This role focuses on supporting and improving the organisation''s CRM and core systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operation, high data quality, and effective system use across the business.Key responsibilities include:Providing technical CRM/application support and managing incidents and service requestsTroubleshooting system and data issues and working with internal teams and third-party suppliers to resolve themSupporting system and process improvements through business analysis and change deliveryMaintaining data quality and supporting system administration activitiesCreating user training materials and delivering system training sessionsAbout you:Experience in a CRM or application support role (Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience desirable)Good understanding of service management principles and data structuresStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailConfident communicator, comfortable working with non-technical stakeholdersProactive, collaborative, and motivated by working in a purpose-driven organisationIf this seems like a good fit for you, please apply with an up to date CV for consideration.
