Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced Senior Social Worker to join Hammersmith and Fulham Council, working within the Family Support and Child Protection Team. Duties and Responsibilities: Managing complex Child in Need, Child Protection, and court cases. Undertaking statutory assessments and direct work with children and families. Leading on high-risk cases and contributing to decision-making processes. Supporting and mentoring Social Workers and Newly Qualified Social Workers. Attending and contributing to strategy meetings, core groups, and court proceedings. Maintaining high-quality case recordings and reports within statutory timescales.
