Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. Manage transactions involving flats and new-build properties. Oversee transactions from initial instruction through to exchange and completion. Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors. Ensure compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
