This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced conveyancing professional looking to take ownership of a varied and interesting caseload, including complex residential property transactions, while playing an important role in supervising, developing and mentoring junior members of the team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of all aspects of residential conveyancing, excellent client care skills and the ability to manage matters independently from initial instruction through to completion. The Role You will be responsible for managing your own residential conveyancing caseload, handling a broad range of transactions including new build properties, sales, purchases, leasehold properties, remortgages, Help to Buy matters Your responsibilities will include: Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion.
