Our client is seeking-a customer focused individual to join their small team.- This si a telephone based role and previous telephone based customer service experience would be an advantage.

Customer Service Advisor Duties

• Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Dealing with inbound and outbound calls
• Acknowledging and responding to customer queries promptly.
• Processing customer-applications.
• Understanding our business, to help with queries.
• Using various channels to communicate with customers.
• Working as part of a team.
• Be able to communicate with other departments in the business.
• Uploading data to customer files.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers and teammates always.
• Maintaining confidentiality and abiding by all regulatory requirements.
• Going above and beyond for customers.

Customer Service Advisor Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service
• Previous experience of the Financial Services sector would be an advanatage
• Excellent telephone manner
• Must live within a sensible commuting distance of Alderley Edge
