In this role you will be responsible for the safe, efficient and compliant operation of the building operations, including the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, minor projects and statutory compliance, together with the line management of on-site cleaning and waste management staff. The Facilities Manager will ensure reactive maintenance tasks are responded to, diagnosed and completed in a timely, cost-effective and safe manner. You will oversee the operation, maintenance and servicing of building services systems, coordinate specialist subcontractors and identify opportunities to improve asset performance, energy efficiency and maintenance processes.
