Metallic & Composite Quality Inspectors - Motorsport | Oxfordshire

Shorterm Group are currently recruiting experienced Quality Inspectors to work with one of our leading motorsport customers based in Oxfordshire, supporting their 2026/27 car build programme.
We are looking for both Metallic and Composite Quality Inspectors, with various shifts available.
Contract: 6 months initially, with potential to extend
Start: Week commencing 5th October 2026
Location: Oxfordshire
Rates: -26.00 - -41.00 per hour, depending on experience and grade
Engagement: Umbrella
Shifts available:
* Days: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:30
* Nights: Monday-Thursday, 18:00-04:30
* Weekends: Friday-Sunday, 07:30-18:00
We are particularly interested in inspectors with experience in motorsport, aerospace, automotive or other high-precision manufacturing environments.
Experience across areas such as:
* Engineering drawing interpretation
* GD&T
* Metrology / inspection equipment
* Manual inspection
* CMM / PC-DMIS
* Composite or metallic components
* Quality documentation and inspection reports
