Potential to be involved in many projects including rollouts, infrastructure upgrades, deployments and Server Migrations. Skills required: Exceptional customer facing service skills Calm under pressure - you must be comfortable dealing with High level demanding individuals. Good knowledge of modern Windows and troubleshooting skills Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office - to assist others and troubleshoot Mobile device setups, migrations to new handsets etc. Active directory / Entra and Microsoft exchange administration Enrolment of devices into Intune / Entra PC Migrations - migrating user data to new machines etc. Familiarity and troubleshooting of Apple Macs Networking knowledge (DNS, DHCP, IP subnetting etc).
