With full training provided, you will assist residents with daily activities such as personal care, mobility, meals, and hydration, always encouraging their independence and fostering a sense of belonging. You will build warm, meaningful relationships with residents, getting to know their unique preferences and following care plans with kindness and respect. Working closely with experienced carers and nurses, you will contribute to a homely, nurturing atmosphere, reporting any concerns to ensure the highest standards of care.
