Storyville House Limited are currently seeking compassionate bank Care Assistants to join our team in providing high-quality care to residents in our care home. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for helping others and ensuring the well-being of our residents.This post is for bank care assistants for day shift and night shifts, your preference can be discussed at interview.Responsibilities

Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eatingSupport residents in maintaining their independence and dignityCommunicate effectively with residents, families and the care teamFollow care plans and support the Supervisor\''s to meet the individual needs of residentsProvide emotional support and companionship to residentsQualifications

Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirableExcellent communication skills and fluency in EnglishAbility to follow care plans and work effectively within a care teamCompassionate nature with a genuine interest in caring for othersSuccessful applicants must complete all mandatory training, undertake additional training when required relevant to their job roleThe post is subject to PVG clearance and satisfactory referencesThe applicant should be Registered with the SSSC and follow Kennedy Care Group (Holdings) Ltd policies and procedures.Joining our team as a Care Assistant offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents while developing your skills in the care sector.Job Types: Part-time, PermanentPay: £12.87 per hourWork Location: In person
