Restaurant Manager

to lead the daily rhythm of our signature dining experience. This is more than a managerial role - its an opportunity to shape one of Londons most thoughtful and sustainable culinary destinations while creating unforgettable moments for every guest who walks through our doors.About You...Passionate about hospitality and guest experience, with at least 3 years of leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel setting.

Skilled in managing rotas, payroll, training calendars, health and safety protocols , and operational systems like Fourth.

What Youll Do...

Lead the front-of-house team with purpose and presence, setting a high bar for service and performance.

Manage all daily operations including opening/closing procedures , guest queries, and compliance checks.

Maintain and update key tools like the Food Bible , Allergy Matrix , and training documentation .

Create and oversee the weekly staff rota , holidays, and attendance records.

Conduct team meetings, 1:1s, onboarding , and performance check-ins.

Be the go-to when the General Manager is away

leading with confidence and clarity.

Champion a culture of health, safety, and accountability across every shift.

Support the execution of special menus, events , and collaboration with hotel departments.
