We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate must have previous hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Amazon FBA and Shopify, alongside general warehouse administration experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings across Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.
• Coordinate and monitor Amazon FBA shipments and fulfilment processes.
• Manage Shopify orders, stock levels and product information.
• Process customer orders, returns and stock adjustments.
• Prepare shipping documentation, labels and order paperwork.
• Monitor inventory across multiple sales channels.
• Liaise with warehouse staff, couriers and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate stock records and update internal systems.
• Investigate and resolve Amazon and Shopify-related order or inventory queries.
• Provide general administrative support to the warehouse team.

Skills & Experience Required

• Previous experience using Amazon Seller Central is essential.
• Good understanding of Amazon FBA processes and requirements.
• Previous experience using Shopify is essential.
• Experience managing online orders, product listings and inventory.
• Previous warehouse administration or logistics experience.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
• Good IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
