enthusiastic and compassionate GP

You will perform as an autonomous general practitioner working independently with other health care professionals to assess, diagnose and treat the conditions of patients attending within a primary care setting. You will provide expert professional advice to patients, carers and colleagues whilst maintaining clinical excellence. Dr Dawoud''s surgery is one of six practices that make up Chorley Together PCN.Located in the semi-rural area of Clayton-Le-Woods. The village lies along the A6 known locally as Preston Road. As well as this, Clayton-le-Woods is connected by the B5256 between Blackburn and Leyland, the B5254 between Clayton and Leyland, the M6 at Junction 28 and 29, the M61 at Junction 8 and 9 and the M65 at Junction 1A, 1 and 2. Further roads, such as the A49, connect Clayton to Buckshaw Village, Euxton, Charnock Richard and Wigan.The surgery comprises a friendly team of two GP partners, one salaried GP, an in-house prescribing pharmacist and two practice nurses who focus on high quality patient care as well as staff wellbeing. The clinical team is supported by a small admin team and a Practice Manager. Collectively, they provide Primary Care Services to over 3000 patients.Its practice values are
