You will perform as an autonomous general practitioner working independently with other health care professionals to assess, diagnose and treat the conditions of patients attending within a primary care setting. Dr Dawoud''s surgery is one of six practices that make up Chorley Together PCN.Located in the semi-rural area of Clayton-Le-Woods. The village lies along the A6 known locally as Preston Road. As well as this, Clayton-le-Woods is connected by the B5256 between Blackburn and Leyland, the B5254 between Clayton and Leyland, the M6 at Junction 28 and 29, the M61 at Junction 8 and 9 and the M65 at Junction 1A, 1 and 2. Further roads, such as the A49, connect Clayton to Buckshaw Village, Euxton, Charnock Richard and Wigan.The surgery comprises a friendly team of two GP partners, one salaried GP, an in-house prescribing pharmacist and two practice nurses who focus on high quality patient care as well as staff wellbeing. The clinical team is supported by a small admin team and a Practice Manager. Collectively, they provide Primary Care Services to over 3000 patients.Its practice values are
