The Opportunity

In this role, you will provide vital support for students aged 16-24, helping them navigate the transition into adulthood and higher education. This isn''t just about classroom assistance; it''s about building confidence, fostering independence, and making a tangible impact on a student''s future.

Key Responsibilities

• Targeted Support: Provide bespoke 1-1 assistance to students with SEND, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively.
• Collaborative Strategy: Work hand-in-hand with lecturers and SENCOs to implement and adapt tailored learning plans (EHCPs).
• Inclusive Environment: Cultivate a vibrant, safe, and inclusive atmosphere where students feel empowered to participate.
• Holistic Development: Support both academic progress and the development of essential life and social skills.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experienced: You have a proven track record of supporting learners with SEND (experience in an FE or secondary setting is highly preferred).
