Head of Growth Salary: £62,000 to £75,778 Location: London, hybrid, Tuesday to Thursday in the office, Monday and Friday from home Contract: Permanent This is an opportunity to lead growth for an established international, faith-based humanitarian and development charity at an important point in its development. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive, the Head of Growth will lead fundraising, marketing, communications, campaigns, supporter relations and data, bringing these areas together around a clear ambition: to grow and diversify income while building stronger, longer-term relationships with supporters and communities. The role sits on the Leadership Team and has responsibility for senior leads across fundraising, marketing and communications, supporter relations and data. You will also work closely with Trustees and senior colleagues across the organisation. The opportunity There is significant scope to shape how the organisation approaches growth. You will lead the development and delivery of an organisation-wide fundraising and marketing strategy, with a particular focus on building sustainable unrestricted income. Diversifying income will be central, including developing digital fundraising, corporate partnerships and private philanthropy alongside strengthening existing income streams.
