Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer Brandon, Suffolk Monday Thursday, 6:00am 5:30pm Friday, 5:00am 2:00pm £50,000 per annum Permanent Position Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer Manufacturing Opportunity Straight Forward Recruitment Ltd are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Multiskilled Engineer to join their engineering team at their manufacturing site in Brandon.This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer with a strong mechanical and electrical background to join an established manufacturing operation, supporting the smooth running of production machinery and equipment.Working as part of the engineering team, you will play an important role in maintaining equipment reliability, minimising downtime and ensuring production targets are achieved.The Role As a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer, your responsibilities will include: Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across production machinery and equipment. Responding to breakdowns and carrying out effective fault finding and repairs. Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical faults. Maintaining and repairing machinery, equipment and production systems. Working with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems. Supporting production to minimise machinery downtime and disruption. Identifying recurring faults and implementing improvements to prevent future breakdowns.
