Key Responsibilities Manage all employee relations for the UK business. Support with organisational restructure, recruitment, performance management and appraisals. Manage and develop LandD across the UK business. Develop and implement a forward-thinking people strategy, covering talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement. Create HR processes across all functions within the business. Drive HR operational process changes as the business develops.
