You''ll progress (sometimes complex) casework through to successful outcome, ensuring compliance with employment legislation, company policy, and best practice.You''ll also support wider people projects, such as TUPE transfers, redundancy consultations, and organisational change initiatives. This role will see you coaching and upskilling managers to confidently manage people matters, delivering training on key policies, and reviewing HR resources, processes and templates to ensure they remain current and effective.Beyond day-to-day casework, you''ll produce MI reports, analysing people data (headcount, turnover, absence, etc.), and contributing to business updates.
