Part Time HR Advisor (3-Month FTC) 34,000 pro rata 3 Days per Week Predominantly Remote Bristol Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for your next contract opportunity? We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established, values-driven organisation for an experienced HR professional to provide hands-on support during a busy period of organisational change. This is a three-month fixed-term contract working three days per week (ideally Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday), predominantly remotely, with travel to the Bristol office approximately one day per week as required. The Role Working closely with an experienced HR Consultant, you will provide pragmatic, commercially focused HR support, with the majority of your time dedicated to managing Employee Relations casework. Key responsibilities include: Managing a varied Employee Relations caseload including disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence management and performance issues. Providing advice and coaching to managers on HR best practice and UK employment legislation. Supporting employee consultations and organisational change activities. Assisting with TUPE and restructuring processes where required. Preparing HR documentation, letters and case files, ensuring legal compliance and consistency. Building strong relationships with managers to deliver practical HR solutions and a high-quality HR service.
