Whether you want a few days a week or regular full-time temporary cover, you are in control of your schedule.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport class teachers with the delivery of daily lessons and activities.Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils (including general support and Special Educational Needs/SEND where applicable).Encourage positive behavior, social skills, and academic engagement.Help prepare the classroom and learning materials.Build a warm, supportive, and inclusive atmosphere for all students.What We Are Looking ForPrevious experience working with children or young people (in a school, nursery, youth club, or support setting is a bonus).A flexible, proactive, and positive attitude.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to undergo an enhanced DBS check (or hold a valid DBS on the update service).Reliability and readiness to step into full-day classroom assignments.
