Finance Operations Manager
Robert Half are recruiting for a Finance Manager to work for a technology company based in London for a 3 month contract. Responsibilities: Prepare monthly management accounts, including journals, accruals, prepayments and reconciliations.Lead intercompany accounting and ensure accurate timely multi entity reporting, including supporting process build out for our new German entity.Oversee payroll and benefits processing, incl. commissions, pensions, payroll journals and annual submissions - BIK, P11D/PSA. Experience with US payroll is highly beneficial.Manage UK and German VAT returns and regulatory submissions, alongside US tax submission.Oversee Accounts Payable, payment runs, and expenses, while driving improvements to streamline and speed up AP processes.Maintain and strengthen financial controls and cash flow visibility, while scaling month-end processes.Partner with teams across the business to improve cross-functional processes and support operational decisions.Support system enhancements and automation initiatives, to streamline workflows.
