Ashley Kate are delighted to be partnering with a great business as they look to recruit for an HR Operations Manager role. HR Operations ManagerLeeds city centre - 3 days a week onsiteUp to 50kFull time and Permanent As the HR Operations Manager, you will ensure the day-to-day delivery of HR operations is delivered to a high standard, as well supporting the wider business. Key responsibilities include but not limited to: Take responsibility for all HR operations and ensure effective and compliant delivery.Drive continuous improvement across HR Systems, processes and governance.Manage the full employee lifecycle.Develop and maintain HR policies.Support with the processing of monthly payroll inputting and checking.Support with management of ER casework. We are looking for: Proven experience managing the full employee lifecycle.Strong understanding of UK Employment Law with proven experience managing ER cases.Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualified.Ideally experience gained with professional services - not essential.Experience checking payroll information and liaising with Payroll teams.
