Apply structured testing approaches aligned with TDD/BDD. Support CI/CD processes and shift-left quality assurance. Apply risk-based testing methodologies and ensure appropriate test coverage. Conduct testing across unit, system, functional, integration and non-functional levels. Support data migration, including data extraction, transformation and validation. Manage test data, databases and testing documentation. Analyse business requirements, processes and technical architectures to develop effective testing solutions. Coach and support engineering teams in quality assurance best practices. Support development activities and pair programming across the product stack. Undertake manual testing where automation is not appropriate. Essential experience Experience in software testing and quality engineering. CI/CD and GitLab, with an understanding of Git. Data migration experience. Strong test analysis, design and risk-based testing skills. Knowledge of databases and test data creation and management.
