Owen Daniels are working with an established manufacturing business looking to appoint an experienced Quality Manager to take ownership of its quality function and drive standards across the operation.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on Quality professional who enjoys making things happen, developing processes and working closely with operational teams to improve performance, compliance and customer satisfaction.

The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, you''ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management and development of the Quality function, ensuring robust systems, processes and standards are in place.

You''ll play a key role in driving continuous improvement, managing audits, maintaining compliance and working cross-functionally to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence. You''ll also lead, develop and motivate the Quality team, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the business rather than simply managed at inspection stage.

About You

We''re looking for a confident and proactive Quality Manager with:

• Proven experience in a Quality Management role within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems, audits and compliance.
• Experience driving root cause analysis, corrective actions and continuous improvement.
• The ability to lead and develop a team while influencing stakeholders across the business.
• A hands-on, solutions-focused approach with the confidence to challenge and improve existing processes.
