We''re working with a leading groundworks and civil engineering contractor who is looking to recruit a Senior Quantity Surveyor / Quantity Surveyor to join their team based at their Pontyclun Head Office.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry
• Strong background in groundworks, civil engineering, infrastructure, or enabling works projects
• Experience managing subcontractor procurement and accounts
• Ability to prepare and manage valuations, variations, cost reports, and final accounts
• Good understanding of NEC and JCT forms of contract
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness
• Experience monitoring project costs and identifying commercial risks and opportunities
• Ability to work closely with operational teams, clients, and supply chain partners
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
