We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a construction team delivering a major data centre refurbishment and expansion project in Bristol.The project involves upgrading an existing facility to increase its capacity, with significant mechanical and electrical installations, including cooling systems, generators, power distribution equipment and backup power infrastructure.Working on a design-and-build project valued at approximately 15 million, you will take a leading role in the commercial management of the works, helping to ensure the project is delivered safely, efficiently and in line with its financial and contractual objectives.This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor with experience in complex construction projects who is looking to take ownership of project performance and work closely with operational and senior management teams.The RoleAs Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for the commercial management and contractual administration of the project.
