HR Advisor - West Drayton (Hybrid) Salary: 35,000 - 45,000 Hours: 37.5/week Location: West Drayton (travel to Cornwall and Maidenhead sites as required)We''re looking for an experienced HR Advisor to provide expert HR guidance and support to managers across our UK sites. You''ll help deliver a positive employee experience, ensure compliance with employment law, and support operational and commercial objectives. Key Responsibilities:Act as first point of contact for managers on HR matters.Advise on HR policies, payroll, time and attendance, investigations, and employee relations.Support recruitment, training, performance reviews, salary and bonus processes.Maintain HR records, analyse people metrics, and recommend improvements.Assist with organisational change, engagement initiatives, and succession planning. Skills and Experience:Proven HR advisory experience in a commercial or operational environment.Strong knowledge of HR best practice and UK employment law.CIPD qualification (or working towards) desirable.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build trusted relationships.
