You won''t just report numbers - you will shape conversations, challenge assumptions and help leaders deliver against their targets.Core ResponsibilitiesMonth End and Performance InsightProduce monthly finance packs with high-quality, decision-focused commentaryAnalyse movements in revenue, costs and profitability, highlighting risks and opportunitiesTrack KPIs such as chargeability, recoverability, utilisation and working capital metricsDevelop new reporting where gaps exist (e.g. bad debt tracking, fee earner performance)Automate and enhance outputs to improve clarity for senior stakeholdersTrading and Stakeholder MeetingsCo-lead regular performance reviews with MDs and senior partnersPresent PandL results, explain variances and agree actionsProvide clear YTD and forward-looking views of performanceBudgeting
