Trinity House Group is recruiting a commercially minded Interim Finance Business Partner for a long standing client based in Birmingham City Centre for a 3-6m contract. This is a hybrid role - 3 days on site with responsibilities split between strategic business partnering and core management accounting. Key Responsibilities Finance Business PartneringPartner with operational and departmental leaders to provide financial insight and support decision-makingDeliver value-added analysis on performance, trends, risks, and opportunitiesSupport budgeting and forecasting processes with key stakeholdersChallenge and influence non-finance managers to improve financial performanceDevelop financial models to support business cases and investment decisionsPresent financial results and analysis to senior managementIdentify opportunities for cost control, efficiency improvements, and revenue enhancementManagement AccountingPrepare accurate and timely monthly management accountsLead month-end and year-end close processesProduce variance analysis with clear commentaryMaintain financial controls and ensure compliance with accounting standardsAssist with budgeting and reforecasting cyclesBalance sheet reconciliationsSupport audit processes and statutory reporting requirementsImprove reporting processes and systems where appropriateAbout YouFully qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)Proven experience in management accounting and delivering Month End Experience in a business partnering or com
