Brief

Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer needed for a well-known, large Facilities Management company based in Sutton who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer that takes pride in their work with an in-depth knowledge of Air Conditioning, using CAFM systems, carrying out PPM''s and reactive tasks, diagnostics and fault-finding works.

The successful candidate would need to have the relevant qualifications - i.e. NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Air Conditioning and refrigeration etc. And have a keen interest in HVAC Engineering.

What the role entails:

Some of the main duties of the Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer will include:

• Complete planned, preventive and reactive maintenance across HVAC and air conditioning systems
• Respond to breakdowns and ensure customer service agreements are delivered professionally
• Build effective relationships with customers, colleagues and stakeholders
• Work safely, efficiently and collaboratively while maintaining accurate service records
• Participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota to provide emergency support when needed

What experience you need to be the successful Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer:

• Qualified through an air conditioning maintenance apprenticeship
• Qualified to City and Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in air conditioning and refrigeration
• Experienced in a similar technical role with at least five years of post qualification experience
• Experienced in HVAC maintenance, fault response and facilities management
• Familiar with CAFM systems and Microsoft Word and Outlook
• A reliable team worker with strong customer service skills
• PASMA, IPAF and IET 18th Edition qualifications are desirable
• Willing to work late shifts, weekends and participate in the on call rota
• Full UK driving licence required
