We''re working with an established mechanical and air conditioning contractor who is looking to bring an Air Conditioning Improver into their growing team.

You''ll be supporting engineers across a varied portfolio of private residential and commercial properties, gaining valuable hands-on experience across servicing, maintenance, breakdowns and mechanical projects.

The Role

You''ll be working alongside experienced Air Conditioning Engineers, supporting them with a variety of works across Oxford, the Home Counties and South London.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with planned preventative maintenance and servicing
• Supporting engineers with breakdowns, fault-finding and repairs
• Assisting with installation and remedial works
• Working across split, VRV and VRF systems
• Supporting mechanical project works, with project values ranging from -250k to -2.5m
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and customer service

What We''re Looking For

• Previous hands-on experience within air conditioning
• A basic understanding of AC systems and equipment
• Someone keen to learn, develop and progress within the industry
• A positive attitude and willingness to get stuck in
• Full UK driving licence

Ideally, you''ll be based in or around High Wycombe, with the flexibility to travel across the surrounding areas.
