Whilst some office experience is an advantage they are happy to train a straight college leaver with a positive attitude and the right mentality.The day to day of the role will involve a broad range of secretarial and administration duties including typing correspondence and creating documents, planning diaries, organising meetings and appointments, liaising with clients, updating spreadsheets etc. You will be mentored and taught legal procedures and your role will gradually evolve over time as you become more knowledgeable.It is important that you have strong IT and organisational skills, but more importantly a positive and proactive attitude as they are looking to invest in the right person. This would be an excellent opportunity for either a Cilex graduate (or other secretarial diploma), college leaver, or even someone working locally in office support wanting to try something new.
