Job Title: Legal Secretary - Employment Law Salary: £45,000 Location: Central London Established London law firm are looking for a secretary / legal PA with a background in employment law work to join their growing team. The team are looking for a legal secretary / PA who will be pro-active, can take the initiative, and possesses good typing skills. Responsibilities: Diary management Client liaison - taking messages, dealing with enquires, responding to correspondence etc. Typing and document management including audio typing and digital dictation Arranging meetings, booking rooms and managing appointments Billing Putting together court bundles Organising all travel including visas, currency, hotel bookings etc. Handling confidential and sensitive information You must have a good background as a legal secretary / legal PA dealing with either employment or litigation work, a flexible and proactive approach to your work, and strong organisational and timekeeping skills. In addition, you must have good typing and IT skills as there will be a lot of dictation over the phone. Ideal for a Liverpool Street commuter.
