Digital Marketing Specialist
My client (retail) is seeking a data-driven and commercially focused Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in Paid Media, SEO, and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO). This role is ideal for someone who thrives on improving performance across the full digital funnel, from traffic acquisition to conversion and retention.Day-to-day of the role:Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube), Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant channels.Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and rankings.Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.Analyse user behaviour using tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, or similar.Design and run A/B and multivariate tests across landing pages and user journeys.Continuously optimise landing pages to improve engagement and conversion rates.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience in a digital marketing role with hands-on responsibility for paid media, SEO, and/or CRO.Strong analytical mindset with experience interpreting marketing data and KPIs.Solid understanding of digital marketing funnels and customer journeys.What''s on Offer:Competitive salaryFlexible/hybrid working options.Ongoing training and development opportunities.Opportunity to make a measurable impact on business growth.Supportive and innovative team environment.Apply now for immediate ..... full job details .....
