You will help the team define what good looks like, how it will be measured and whether the service is meeting user needs. The role is aligned to the Performance Analyst level of the Government Digital and Data Profession Capability Framework (HEO to SEO equivalent).KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Create and maintain performance measurement frameworks, including KPIs, goals, user needs and benefits Identify reporting requirements and advise on the implementation and validation of analytics tools Analyse service performance and present clear findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences Combine quantitative data with qualitative insight from user researchers Ensure the right measures are in place at each phase of the GDS Service Standard (discovery, alpha, beta, live) Clean, prepare and quality assure data, and peer review colleagues'' analysis Work within security, data privacy and ethical constraintsESSENTIAL SKILLS Commercial experience as a Performance Analyst, Digital Analyst or Data Analyst on digital products or ..... full job details .....
