Job Title: Performance AnalystRate: 650 - 710 per day inside ir35Location: RemoteContract: 6 months+ We are seeking an experienced Performance Analyst to establish and embed a performance measurement capability for the Martyn''s Law digital service. The service will enable organisations and individuals to understand whether Martyn''s Law applies to them, submit required notifications and interact with regulatory processes. The Performance Analyst will work across product, user research, service design, engineering and SIA operational teams to define meaningful measures of service performance, establish analytics capabilities and turn data into actionable insights. The role is not simply about producing dashboards or reporting usage statistics. It is about helping multidisciplinary teams understand whether the service is meeting user needs, identify barriers to successful completion and continuously improve the service based on evidence.
