Group HR AdministratorPermanent PositionTilbury, Essex£28,000 - £32,000 per annum DOEI am searching for an experienced HR Administrator to administer HR processes across the employee lifecycle, including contracts, changes, probations, and terminations.Responsibilities:Maintain accurate employee records in line with UK GDPR and organisational policy.Provide support and guidance to managers and stakeholders when using the system.Support payroll administration, benefits enrolment and pensions.Act as first point of contact for routine HR queries from employees, escalating complex issues.Prepare HR reports, metrics and documentation for the Senior Leadership team and related parties.Support the recruitment process administration, as well as onboarding, and offboarding processes.Ensure HR documentation and processes comply with UK employment legislation and internal policies.Assist with audits, inspections, and policy updates as required.Assist with the training and development of employees.Confidential minute taking.Complete HR communications via internal channels.Support the senior parties with key HR Initiatives.Any other reasonable request.Your ExperienceProven HR administration experience (1-2 years preferred).Payroll administration.Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.Strong organisational and time management skills.Exceptional attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft office.Experience with HRIS desirable.CIPD Level 3 desirable.Important Notice: Noble Recru
