About the Role As an SEMH Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting pupils both inside and outside of the classroom. You will help students regulate emotions, manage behaviour and develop positive relationships that allow them to access learning and feel confident within the school environment.You may work 1:1 or with small groups, supporting pupils with their learning, encouraging engagement in lessons and assisting with structured activities throughout the school day.
