SEMH Support Worker - Education Location: Bristol and South Gloucestershire Job Type: Full-time availability would be preferred Salary: 100 to 125 Tradewind Recruitment are currently recruiting SEMH Support Workers to support pupils within a specialist SEMH provision across primary and secondary phases. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and helping them re-engage with education. About the Role As an SEMH Support Worker, you will play a key role in supporting pupils both inside and outside of the classroom. You will help students regulate emotions, manage behaviour and develop positive relationships that allow them to access learning and feel confident within the school environment.You may work 1:1 or with small groups, supporting pupils with their learning, encouraging engagement in lessons and assisting with structured activities throughout the school day. Building trusting, consistent relationships will be central to the role, helping pupils feel supported and understood.
