About the Role As a Support Worker within the Specialised Trauma Service, you will support individuals experiencing complex and enduring mental health needs, including personality disorders, trauma, PTSD, self-harm behaviours, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, and schizophrenia. This is a highly rewarding yet challenging role requiring resilience, emotional intelligence, and a strong understanding of trauma-informed practice. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team while remaining self-motivated and accountable for delivering high-quality, person-centred support.
