game-changing Head of Operations

to lead the rollout and performance of our growing portfolio of UK hubs. If you’re a strategic operator, hands-on leader, and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments—this is your chance to help shape a cleaner, more sustainable future.

What You’ll DoAs

Head of Operations , you’ll be the driving force behind the smooth and profitable running of our sites—overseeing refuelling, recharging, retail, and supporting services. This is a

high-impact role , ideal for someone who wants to build from the ground up, scale with speed, and deliver real results.

You’ll:

Lead the

startup and ongoing operation

of clean energy hubs across the UK.

Drive

PandL performance

across multiple revenue streams (energy, retail, etc.).

Build, lead and inspire a growing ops team—field service, operations managers, and site support.

Implement scalable processes and use data and tech to optimise performance.

Collaborate cross-functionally with QHSE, technical, commercial, and finance teams.

Drive

operational excellence

with a clear focus on safety, compliance, and customer experience.

Who We’re Looking ForYou’re not just an operator—you’re a builder. You’re excited by innovation, infrastructure, and impact. You can get your hands dirty while thinking strategically. You know how to scale.

Must-haves

5–10+ years in operations leadership (fuel, EV charging, retail, FMCG or similar).

Proven experience managing

multi-site PandLs , delivering profit and service targets.

Strategic mindset, strong commercial acumen, and a love for operational detail.

Knowledge of

health, safety, environmental , and regulatory requirements.

A collaborative leadership style and a passion for team building.

Bonus if you bring

Experience scaling infrastructure or operations in a high-growth environment.

Familiarity with ERP systems and data-led performance tracking.

An entrepreneurial mindset—creative, resilient, and solutions-oriented.
