About the RoleAs a Supervising Solicitor, you will:Lead, manage and grow an established family law team.Deliver outstanding legal services and exceptional client care.Support the team in achieving panel accreditation and continuous professional development.Drive business development through networking and relationship building.

What They’re Looking For3+ years PQE in family law.Strong experience in:Care Proceedings and PLO mattersDivorce and financial remedy casesPrivate Law ChildrenDomestic Abuse, Non-Molestation and Occupation OrdersGeneral family matters, including cohabitation disputesExperience of managing a team (or readiness to step into a leadership role).Understanding of Legal Aid work and ability to undertake and generate private paying work.A proactive approach to business development and networking.
