Working hours: 37 hours Monday-Friday
Location: Civic Centre Milton Keynes MK9 3EJ
This is a full time office based role for a 3 month temporary contract.
Opus People Solutions are recruiting on behalf of Milton Keynes City Council for a Customer Liaison Officer to join the Children''s Services department and assit the LADO with administrative tasks.
Role responsibilities
- Log and triage referrals and consultations
- Minuting meetings
- Maintain accurate records across systems like LCS and spreadsheets
- Ensure that all communications-emails, meeting notes, and updates-are properly filed and accessible
- Ensuring that data protection protocols are followed
- Providing accurate and timely information to internal and external stakeholders
- Tracking outcomes and closure of cases
- Supporting audits and quality assurance processes
Skills required
- Basic knowledge of Children''s Services and Safeguarding
- Experience dealing with sensitive data and difficult situations
- Good IT and written skills.
