Create and optimise machining strategies for precision-engineered components. Develop CNC programs for 3-axis and multi-axis milling applications, where required. Review engineering drawings, CAD models and customer specifications to establish manufacturing requirements. Undertake mechanical design and CAD modelling work as required. Review component designs and provide technical input on manufacturability. Support engineering reviews of machined components and sheet metal assemblies.
