Site Supervisor - Waste and Recycling FacilityLocation: North LondonOur client is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join their operations at a waste and recycling facility in North London. This is a hands-on supervisory role, leading day-to-day site activities and managing operational teams.Key Responsibilities:Supervise 3-10 operatives per shiftOversee site operations including waste in/out, mobile plant, and site activitiesManage multiple workstreams across the siteUse site systems such as SCADA, VMS, and weighbridge systemsRequirements:Proven supervisory experience in a site-based environment (construction, industrial, utilities, or similar)Strong IT, literacy, and numeracy skillsConfident managing teams and operational systemsWaste industry experience desirable but not essentialHours and Shifts:Shift start times between 6:00am - 9:30am8-12 hour shifts, average 39 hours per week1 in 3 weekends (day shifts only)Contract:Immediate startInitial 2-month contract with potential to become permanentSupervisors will work as part of a wider leadership team with full operational support.If you are interested in this role, please call (phone number removed) or apply online.
