Multi Trade Operative - Plymouth and surrounding We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Multi Trade who will provide a surveying and maintenance service on social housing properties in the Plymouth and surrounding area. Role Details/ Benefits:12 weeks temp to perm£35,000 per annum Opportunity to do some surveying as well as work on the toolsCompany van and fuel card20 days holiday plus bank holidays Multi Operative Day to Day:Surveying properties and listing work requiredCarrying out minor maintenance repairs on domestic propertiesAll aspects of maintenance work in properties, carpentry, window and door repairs, leak remedials etcDealing with customers in MOD housing, being polite and professionalDriving a company van safely and responsiblyFollowing a spec to complete worksReporting to your Supervisor Carpenter Multi Operative Requirements:Good multi-trade experienceNVQ in a trade (desirable)DBS - will be completed prior to startGood attitudeHonest and reliableFull UK driving licenceSecurity check will be completed by client prior to start This is a really exciting opportunity for someone to continue their multi trade career with a busy company working in the Plymouth area.
